How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your item, choose the size or variant (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and payment details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

Yes, your information is safe. Our site uses SSL encryption and follows PCI standards to protect your data. Look for “https” in the URL for security. If your card is used without permission, report it to your provider right away.

Which payment options are available?

You can pay for your order with a Visa Card, Master Card, UnionPay, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

In what currency will I be charged?

Our default currency is Australian Dollar (AUD). If you are in New Zealand or Fiji, you can select your local currency (NZD or FJD) in the top right corner of the page.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed on the same day we receive the order;  Our products will be shipped in Australia or from overseas.  Please allow 10 to 15 days for the shipment period.
